We’ll be specifically talking to trainers who work for a law enforcement agency training new hires in Forensic disciplines like Crime Scene, Latent Prints or Property & Evidence, while focusing on improving the training process and producing higher quality trainees.

But anyone else who wants to get started with forensic training is welcome to join us.

The main portion of the symposium runs from March 18 – 20, 2024 with pre-party sessions happening the week of March 11th. You’ll also be able to join our private VIP Discussion Forum as soon as you grab your ticket, so you can join in on the fun right away!

To avoid tech glitches, give you the best possible experience, and keep things easy for the speakers, the presentations at the beginning of each day are pre-recorded and will be released at a scheduled time during the symposium. However, the speakers will be hanging out in our VIP Discussion Forum where you can connect with them and ask your questions! There will also be opportunities to join us for bonus live Q&A sessions throughout the week.

At the end of each day, the Masterclass Experience will include live workshops! These workshops will include interactive discussions and group activities, where you can network with other forensic trainers and ask the speakers questions in a face-to-face setting. Not able to attend the workshops live? No worries! You’ll have on-going access to the workshop replays, even after the event is over.

While the presentations at the beginning of each day are pre-recorded, there are some live elements, and the pre-recorded presentations are only available for 24 hours with the Discovery Pass. So we encourage you to attend live if you can! We would love for you to set aside some time during the symposium to attend the live Q&A sessions with the speakers, watch the pre-recorded presentations, and participate with others who are striving to make their training programs better!

However, if you’re not able to attend all of the sessions live, go ahead and grab the Discovery Pass for 24-hour access, and you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade to the Masterclass Experience for extended access.

The live workshops will happen each afternoon. Two different workshops are scheduled for each day.  On the day they are scheduled, they will be offered twice, once at 1:30pm EST and then again at 3:30pm EST, allowing you to choose the time that best works with your schedule. If you can’t attend live, the workshop replays will be available for you at the end of the symposium inside your account in Teachable.

Yes!  The goal of the live workshops is to provide you an in-person class experience virtually! So plan on logging in with a device that has a camera and microphone so that you can engage with the instructors and other students in a face-to-face manner!  

The Discovery Pass includes 24-hour access to each of the presentations. If you need more time, you can always upgrade your ticket to the Masterclass Experience, which will give you extended access to the presentations along with seats to exclusive live workshops, bonus worksheets, and more!

How does a lifetime sound!? You will have continued, on-going access to the Masterclass Experience for as long as this website is up and running.

In this hour+ session, we’ll all join a Zoom call and be sorted into smaller rooms where we can chat with each other, make connections, and have some fun! Rooms will switch at least once throughout the session to make sure you get to meet a good mix of people. Conversation prompts will be provided. (These calls are a BLAST!)

A certificate of attendance is included as a special bonus to any individuals that upgrade to the Masterclass Experience!  The certificate will be provided once you have watched all of the workshop replays and pre-recorded presentation videos.

A certificate of attendance is not provided with the Discovery Pass. If a certificate of attendance is required by your department, please make sure to upgrade to the Masterclass Experience.

If you have already purchased and would like a tax refund, you will need to provide Teachable with a tax exemption certificate and submit a refund request to [email protected]. The refund request should include a copy of the purchase receipt showing the sales tax paid and Order ID.

Teachable will issue a refund once the documentation has been reviewed and approved (usually takes about 7 days).
